The obit is not yet available and will be posted as soon as it is. This is from Suz Marquardt: "It is with heavy heart I tell you that our dear friend and classmate, Sharon Walter passed away this evening just after five o'clock (09/29/10 ed) in her home with family at her side. Sharon has endured much over the past couple of years in her battle with a foe she could not defeat. While visiting her a couple of times this past year I was inspired by her willingness to make the most of each day no matter the circumstance she faced. I treasure the time we spent together and will always be thankful I had the chance to love and be loved by her. I will miss her as I know each one of you will also. God rest her soul until we meet again in Paradise ... Love to all of you, Suzi Marquardt -------------------------------------
What a dear person Sharon
was. It must have meant so much to her to have you, Suzi. as a close
friend. I can still picture her pretty eyes, hair, and her sweet manner.
Plus, did you ever see anyone with such beautiful hands? Thank you for
telling us Jim. With great sympathy, Sandi Rutherford Esworthy
------------------------------------- Sharon was one of my very best friends in high school and I too am saddened by this news. I know these things must be hard to communicate but those of us who get our news via the web site really appreciate it. God Bless, Barbara Barwick Getchell
